Ms. Elie joined Hillel Preschool in 2007 after extensive experience teaching and leading youth programming.  She is working on her Masters degree in Early Childhood Development and Special Education.  With a fresh outlook and high energy, she updated the school's already innovative curriculum by introducing different learning themes (units) each week.  Elie believes that preschool education should be full of wonderful discoveries through hands on learning experiences.  In addition to directing the school, she joins each classroom every day for Hillel's renowned Judaic lessons and continues our long tradition of teaching children universal moral values that provide a solid lifetime foundation.   Her door is always open for parents' suggestions, questions or concerns.  In her spare time Elie and her husband Rabbi Sholom Estrin help with the spiritual needs of the Raleigh Jewish community and the running of the Chabad Center of Raleigh.
